How we look after your details

It's Cleaning Time! is a small local cleaning business run by Big Kev. This page explains what we collect when you ask for a quote and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the quote chat or form, we collect your name, your phone number or email address, your suburb, the type of clean you're after, whether it's one-off or ongoing, and anything else you choose to tell us. We also record the date and time you sent it and basic technical details (the page you were on and your browser type) to help us spot spam.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare your quote and arrange the work if you go ahead. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it's kept

Your enquiry is stored in a secure online database (Supabase) and emailed to Kev through an email delivery service (Resend). Some of the services we use, including email, may store or process information outside Australia.

This website

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when the page loads.
